Unattended access
Install the agent once and the machine appears in your console — the server in the rack, the point-of-sale terminal after closing time, the branch PC before anyone arrives. Unattended remote access, priced per technician, not per device.
One console
Devices are grouped by company, branch and tag. Who is online, which agent is outdated, when a machine was last seen — you just look, then press Connect.
Order in the fleet
Group devices by company, branch or job; add tags that match how you actually work. The list you see is the list you think in.
Online, offline and outdated agents are visible at a glance, with the last-seen time for every machine.
Hardware, operating system and the signed-in user are collected by the agent — you know what you're connecting to before you connect.
On Standard and Premium, technicians see only the companies and groups granted to them — a subcontractor doesn't browse your whole fleet.
The console shows which agents are behind; updates ship as signed packages, and an unverified package will not run.
Connections to unattended machines land in the same immutable audit log as attended sessions.
Unattended devices are included in the plan: 10 on One, unlimited on Standard and Premium. See pricing.

Yes — always. While the screen is shared, the warning banner and the system-tray indicator cannot be hidden, on unattended machines too. We treat that visibility as part of the security model, not as an option.
The console shows which agents are on an old version, and updates are distributed as signed packages — an agent will not run an update whose signature fails verification.
Today the agent runs on Windows 10, Windows 11 and Windows Server. The console is browser-based and opens from any desktop operating system. macOS and Linux agents are on the roadmap; we don't list them before they are ready.
Opening a trial account takes a few minutes. We don't ask for a card, and we don't require a sales call.
