Remote support
Attended remote support without installation: the person you're helping runs one file, reads you the code on their screen, approves the prompt — and their screen is in front of you. Everything a session needs is in the same window.
Session code
The flow
The session code is short-lived and tied to your own support address: the file is downloaded from your address, and the code is read to you, not to us.
The person you're helping runs a single file downloaded from your address. It doesn't install — it just opens. Close it, and it's gone without a trace.
A six-character session code appears on their screen. Reading it over the phone is enough; no account, no address to type.
4K92M7You enter the code, they approve the on-screen prompt, and the session starts. File transfer, clipboard and chat are ready in the same window.
Inside the session
No add-ons to buy, no modules to enable. When the session opens, this is what is waiting:
You read the code over the phone, they type it, the session starts. No admin rights, no setup wizard, no restart.
Install the agent once and reach the machine even when no one is at the desk. No waiting for someone in the server room.
Drag and drop, or copy and paste. File traffic flows over a separate channel; a large transfer doesn't freeze the screen image.
When a User Account Control (UAC) prompt appears, the session doesn't go dark; keyboard and mouse keep working on elevated windows.
Switch between monitors or view them all at once. When needed, black out the remote monitor so bystanders can't watch.
Message each other inside the session. Who connected to which machine, and when — all of it goes into an immutable audit log.
Your support history answers "who, when, which machine" months later. When a customer asks "what was done last Tuesday?", the answer is a record, not a guess.
Frequently asked
No. The support tool runs without installation and without admin rights. If the work itself requires elevation — say, a UAC prompt — the session keeps going: the screen doesn't go dark and your keyboard and mouse keep working on elevated windows.
The instant-support tool doesn't install: it just opens, and closing it removes it without a trace. Only if you and the customer decide to set up permanent access is the same file installed once as an agent — that is a deliberate choice, not a side effect.
Remote restart is available in every plan. For access that survives without a person present at the machine, install the agent once — see the unattended access page.
Yes. Who connected to which machine and when is written to an immutable audit log, and sessions can be named so you can find them later. Recording the screen video of a session is on our roadmap; we don't list it as a feature before it ships.
Opening a trial account takes a few minutes. We don't ask for a card, and we don't require a sales call.
